Our offices are spaciousness, elegant and filled with light. Due to recent refurbishment, we have been able to maintain the structure of the rooms intact, maintaining some important elements of the original walls.

Covered and open-air parking areas

We have assigned outdoor and underground parking areas to you and your clients. These parking areas can be accessed from the monumental entry of the villa, as well as from the peripheral road that winds around the villa.

Cleaning service

Cleaning days can be planned with our internal staff, following your own convenience.

  • GENERAL EXPENSES

    Expenses vary according to the position of each unit within the complex of the Villa. However, they generally include the following services, which are applied to the common areas: surveillance and radio alarm service; maintenance and cleaning of cesspool; cleaning service of staircase and common areas; maintenance of garden areas; insect repellant disinfecting service.

  • UTILITIES

    Electricity, water and heating expenses are to be borne by the tenant of each office unit.

  • PARKING AREAS

    Ample parking areas are available for guests and clients. For the tenants, storage spaces are also available.

  • TYPE OF LEASING AGREEMENT

    The leasing contract is for a duration of six plus six years.

  • DOWN PAYMENT

    The down payment generally consists in three monthly installments, to be paid at the beginning of the contract.
